To use our Service, you must register for an account ("Account") and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You represent and warrant that all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

Your Account password will be irreversibly encrypted and stored securely on Google Cloud Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

Your data privacy is important to us. The personal data you provide during account registration will be used to provide the Service to you. When a match with a vendor occurs, your email will be shared only with the matched vendor, strictly for the purposes of service provision. Our Service matches users with relevant vendors. When a match occurs and a transaction is completed, a predetermined percentage of the transactional revenue will be shared with the respective vendor.

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and any access to or use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the state where your Company is registered.
